About Our CEO

Taylor is the Founder of Smarthire staffing. She began her recruiting career at Motion Recruitment (Formerly known as Workbridge in 2018). After quickly being promoted to manage a technical team in 2019, she managed multi-million dollar teams there. Then in 2021, she left to go to Jobot, a nationwide recruitment firm. After a year of being there, she began SmartHire Staffing! Taylor has placed 1000's of Engineers in her time, but has also placed corporate roles such as Sales, Accounting, Tax, Attorneys, and Healthcare positions!

Why SmartHire?

Taylor wanted to better serve her clients with a more flexible, customized approach to each client with less red tape. This allows Taylor to better work with client's budgets in a sensitive economy. Taylor's goal is to help organizations hire great talent, without going broke! She has an adaptable mindset and is excited to work with more new faces and old faces as well.
